6,049 visitors went to the show, which took place at Olympia from 28th to 30th March, up from 5,195 for the same London show last spring.
Representatives from Lead Galaxy, the lead generation service that operates TheMoveChannel.com and a network of other property portals, attended the show and found a large number of engaged and interested buyers.
“There were a lot of buyers taking interest in a large number of sectors and locations,” reports Account Manager Nick Smith. “The signs are very positive for the global property industry.”
Indeed, A Place in the Sun attributes the rise in visitors to improving sentiment in real estate. Growing confidence in the eurozone and other markets, such as the US, is encouraging buyers to return, unleashing pent-up demand, as those waiting for the right time begin to take action.
Exhibitors commented on the quality and seriousness of the audience.
