The UK overseas property consumer show, A Place in The Sun Live opens today, with more exhibitors and an increase in visitors expected.
The London Olympia show, which runs until Sunday 30 March had to create extra stand space after the initial 144 stands were sold out.
Advance ticket sales doubled and organisers of the official exhibition of the Channel 4 overseas property TV show are aiming for an attendance of around 6,000. Show presenter, Jonnie Irwin, is among celebrities taking part today (Friday) and colleagues Jasmine Harman, Amanda Lamb and Laura Hamilton are all making appearances over the weekend.
The event includes areas dedicated to popular overseas property destinations, including the French Property Village, Italian Property Pavilion, Portuguese Property Pavilion and Florida Property Pavilion.
The show attracts agents, developers and overseas property professionals who want to reach UK property buyers.
