Leading international real estate group, Century 21, has opened new master franchise offices in Cambodia, India, Peru, and Tunisia and plans to continue its global expansion
Top international real estate company Century 21 has expanded into new territories in Asia, Africa and South America.
New master franchise offices have been opened in Cambodia, India, Peru, and Tunisia, the agency announced at its biannual International Master Franchisors Conference, in Macau, China, where more than 30 countries were represented.
The launch in Cambodia brought the number of countries with Century 21 (C21) agents to 75 and the group, which is the franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate company with more than 100,000 sales professionals, aims to expand further.
Among C21 agents in Cambodia are Century 21 Advanced Property Company Ltd and Century 21 Regent Realty.
One of the projects being marketed by Century 21 in Cambodia is Casa Meridian, one of the country’s leading condo projects, on Diamond Island. The development, by the Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation, features two 33-floor towers with 188 units costing from US$80,000 to US$1million, plus commercial areas and amenities including gym, a barbecue area, and tennis courts.
Rick Davidson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Century 21 Real Estate, says, “Extending the brand’s presence in these regions is consistent with our strategic plans for international growth. More importantly, it reflects the confidence real estate entrepreneurs worldwide have in the ability of the Century 21 franchise business model to enable business success.”
Century 21’s global website, which was launched a year ago, has featured about 300,000 exclusive property listings in 16 languages in its first year and generated a significant quantity of international buyer leads, the company says.
“International home buyers and real estate investors from both emerging and developed nations are not only finding relocation, second home and investment opportunities on the site, but they are also able to interact with the properties and with Century 21 affiliated agents in the language and currencies to which they are accustomed,” Mr Davidson adds.
