The X Factor judge has hired a property finder to look for a beachside bolthole, UK media reports have suggested, while ex-Dragon’s Den judge Hilary Devey is selling her US$8.9million Miami home

If X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole needs a break from her busy schedule, she may be able to relax in a new home in South Africa, according to UK media reports.

It has been suggested that the former Girls Aloud star, who is returning to judge the UK ITV TV talent show with Simon Cowell, was searching for a home in the Cape Town area with the help of an unnamed property expert, but so far there has been no announcement of any purchase.

“Cheryl has hired an exclusive property finder to look for a romantic bolt hole on one of the scheduled beaches. Price is no problem. She adores it there,” several UK media sources reported.

While holidaying in area at the start of 2014, Cheryl asked if a house on the Camps Bay beach would be too windy, according to the Daily Star newspaper.
