Developers of InTempo, the 200 metre high twin tower in Benidorm, Spain are looking for a buyer with high hopes and deep pockets
The building, on Benidorm’s Finestrat Beach, contains 269 apartments ranging in price from €323,000 to €3million. Around 120 were sold off-plan between 2006 and 2008, but since then only around 20 have been sold, according to local publication the Olive Press. With the building almost completed, the developer Olga Urbana is hoping to sell and repay Spain’s ‘bad bank’ Sareb the €120 million it cost to build.
According to the report, at least two international buyers, one French and one American, are already in the running to buy the Qatari-designed blocks.
