The first day of the inaugural OPPLive Asia overseas property trade show in Singapore has been hailed a “spectacular success” by organisers and has been praised by delegates and exhibitors
The opening day of the OPPLive Asia overseas property trade show in Singapore has been a “spectacular success”, say organisers.
The inaugural show is being held today from 23-24 April at the Marina Bay Sands Conference Centre and exhibitors say business has been brisk and the event has been busy.
OPPLive Asia, which aims to help overseas property professionals expand their business in the region, has attracted agents, developers, financial advisors and other overseas property professionals, including many senior figures.
The show, which is open from 10am-5pm daily, follows the formula of the UK’s successful OPPLive show and includes seminars, round tables, networking events and business ‘speed dating’ sessions about the Asian overseas property sector.
OPP Group’s Editorial Director John Howell tells OPP Connect, “The attendance has been fantastic. This is a vast exhibition hall and it has been comfortably full all day.
“It has been full of senior agents from Singapore with KEOs – high level people – bringing six or seven agents each. The exhibitors have been ecstatic.”
