What is claimed to be the world’s most expensive rental property is on the market – at US500,000 per month.
New York luxury real estate services firm, TOWN Fifth Avenue, has launched The Pierre Hotel Residences portfolio of 10 Grand Suites, in New York and is set to attract domestic and overseas demand.
It includes the record-breaking rental of the entire 39th floor, which is the most expensive rental property in Manhattan, and possibly the world.
The full 4,786 square feet 39th floor, which includes the Presidential Suite, has never been offered for rent before. It includes a formal living room, dining room, sitting room, six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and views over Central Park.
